What could be the reason for a miscarriage at eight weeks?
Hi doctor,
I had a miscarriage at eight weeks. I was having mild cramps on the left side of my abdomen. I visited a doctor, and she gave me Bigspas-P, Hifolate, and Doxinate tablets. From the fifth week, I had cramps in my left leg and noticed some dark brown clots. I visited my doctor who said everything was normal, including the heart rate. She gave me Dydrogesterone tablets two times a day. But it did not stop. She then gave me five injections, after which it stopped. However, it restarted again after a few days. She then said that the baby's heartbeat had stopped and was not growing. I want to know the reason behind this. What should be done to have a healthy pregnancy in the future? Please help.
