Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 22-year-old female, 5 feet 6.5 inches tall, and weighs 176.37 pounds. I am currently dealing with red bumps on my labia; some are causing discomfort while others are not. This situation is affecting my self-esteem, and I am concerned about the possibility of cancer. Additionally, I often find my pants stained with pus. Can you provide insight into this and what steps I should take to prevent them? Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

I understand that you are going through a challenging medical situation, and I am here to support you. Based on your symptoms, it appears that you may have developed pelvic inflammatory disease due to a bacterial infection. To further assess your condition, I recommend undergoing a high vaginal and endo-cervical swab test. Please provide me with the results once available.

In the meantime, I suggest the following treatment plan:

  1. Gyno-Daktarin vaginal insertion (twice daily).

  2. Metronidazole 400mg (taken orally three times a day).

  3. Co-Amoxiclav 625mg (composition) (taken orally twice a day).

  4. Ketoconazole 200mg (taken orally once daily).

  5. Acyclovir 800mg (taken orally once daily).

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them, and take the medication with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
