Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Irregular periods can be due to the following reasons:

  • Infection – If any white discharge is present. You can use tablet Doxy (Doxycycline) 100mg twice daily for five days.

  • Hormonal issues – Check TFT (thyroid function test).

  • PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) – Get an ultrasound of the abdomen.

  • Anemia – Check for hemoglobin.

  • Vitamin deficiency – Check for folic acid, vitamin B, and vitamin D.

  • Dehydration – Make sure you take adequate water.

For now, you can take the tablet Livogen (Ferrous fumarate and Folic acid) once a night and get the above investigations so we can plan for management.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
