Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I have been experiencing pain in my right testis and lower abdomen for the past two weeks. First, it started from the right testis, and gradually, it reached the lower abdomen and is gradually increasing. What to do?
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query.
There can be a lot of reasons for your issue. These include:
1. Prone masturbation can cause pain due to injury.
2. Holding or prolonging orgasm during masturbation.
3. Epididymitis, which is the inflammation of the tube at the back of the testicle that carries sperm. It can be diagnosed by complete urine analysis and ultrasound of the pelvis.
4. Hydrocele that can cause swelling.
5. Hernia.
6. Kidney stones can cause abdominal pain, too.
7. Infections can cause fever and discharge from the penis.
8. Urinary tract infection (UTI).
Kindly share more details regarding the above reasons.
I suggest you take a tablet of Paracetamol (painkiller). You can do an ultrasound of the scrotum for better understanding and work on management.
Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.
Hope it helps.
Thanks and regards.
