Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 34 years old. I have an issue of forgetting things very easily. I have been facing this issue for the past 10 years. Because of this, I forget to do some important stuff in my office and at home. Please help me to overcome this. Can any disease lead me to forgetfulness? I do not have any issues except hypothyroidism, for which I am taking 100 mcg, as per the advice of the gynecologist. I am also trying for my second pregnancy. I also have pain in my joints quite often and fall sick always like fever and cold. Kindly suggest.
