Hello doctor,

My 55-year-old father, a sedentary worker with a mixed diet, is consistently experiencing fatigue. He is not diabetic but has borderline high blood pressure. Additionally, he is currently taking medication for eczema. Could you provide insights or recommendations regarding his persistent tiredness in light of these factors? Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Considering his symptoms, I suspect a progressive hypertensive heart disease. Can you provide his current blood pressure readings? Additionally, does he experience any cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, or leg swelling? It is important to know if he has a history of smoking or alcohol intake. I recommend conducting a chest x-ray, complete blood count(CBC), electrocardiogram(ECG), and Echocardiogram(ECHO). Please share the results with me for a more informed prescription.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
