IBD stands for inflammatory bowel disease. It includes a group of disorders that cause inflammation in the intestines. Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis come under IBD. The symptoms are diarrhea, abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, weight loss, and fatigue. Taking fatty and greasy foods, hot and spicy foods, intake of caffeine and alcohol can trigger IBD. There is no cure for this condition.
