What is the appearance of a genital wart on the scrotum?

Hi doctor,

I had a protected sex with escort 15 days ago. We did not kiss or do anything without a condom. Today, I noticed a bump next to my scrotum that looks like a wart. I cannot remember whether it was there before. I just noticed it today and it seems to burn. It terrifies me that it may be a genital wart. But, it is tucked away behind the scrotum where there was never any contact. So, I am hopeful that it is something else. No tests are performed yet. My last STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) was nearly 4 years ago and came back negative. Please help me.

Is a red-colored mole typically cause for concern?

Hi doctor,

Could you please take a look at this mole? I had it for ages and it has not changed, but it always bothers me. It is more of a reddish color than brown and I have a couple of them. I visited a dermatologist and she said it as fine. I was just wondering for the tiny dots in the mole? I think she may have said hair follicles or pores or something. I was just concerned if it was a mole with two colors as in the ABCDE signs. Sorry, I get a bit paranoid about my skin. I have sent you pictures with and without flash for your reference.

Can you confirm if the growth is nodular melanoma?

Hello doctor,

Before three months, my husband noticed a pink spot on my hip. I thought it was just a bug bite and I put some cortisone cream on it. It has been three months, and for a while, I forgot about it. Now, I do not think that it has grown much. It would be hard to say as I kept trying to rip it off. When I spent some time on the internet, I convinced myself that I have nodular melanoma. I have attached the photos. Please confirm it.

How to heal a damaged skin following the use of cortisone cream?

Hello doctor,

I am 26 years old. I am trying to find a way to heal my skin after abuse of cortisone creams. Quite specifically, in between my eyebrows, my skin is seriously thin and looks damaged. I stopped using the cortisone creams before four years, and I was given them to use due to allergic reaction hives. I am skeptical of using acids and any chemicals. I have hyperpigmentation on my forehead and do not want to worsen it. I have been reading vitamin C and vitamin E creams, but do not know which is the best. Thank you.
